All items sold in our store — including but not limited to embroidery software tools, design files, themes, presets, and templates — are non-tangible digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase.

❌ Therefore, we do not offer:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds once the file is downloaded or accessed

✅ When a Refund May Be Considered

We may offer a refund only under the following exceptional cases:

  1. Duplicate Purchase
    If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us within 3 days, and we will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate order.
  2. File Not Working or Corrupted
    If the file is broken or not functioning as described, and:
  • You notify us within 5 days
  • You provide screenshots or a video

We will either send a working version or issue a full refund.

  1. Wrong File Sent by Mistake
    If we sent the wrong file and you contact us within 3 days, we will correct the error or refund you.

We log file downloads and access timestamps. If the product has been successfully downloaded, refunds may not be possible.
